Lexington School District Two is planning to expand the playground at Saluda River Academy for the Arts. The school is at 1520 Duke Street in West Columbia. 

The school ground expansion is in the back of SRAA. The district has purchased property behind the school and there is a house on that land. 
The district is selling that house, at 1517 Delmar St., and the house is to be moved from the existing site where it now sits. 

The district is accepting bids for the house until Aug. 22.
