Carolina Cafe at 2250-M Sunset Boulevard in has closed. It’s in the Westland Shopping Center, where the Food Lion grocery store is. A new restaurant is planned for the building, but details have not yet been released.
Carolina Cafe was open in West Columbia for five years.

There is a note on the door of the West Columbia restaurant that reads:

We have closed this location as of today. It has come a time for us to downsize.
Downtown Columbia location will continue to operate and our menu will remain the same.
We would like to thank our West Columbia customers for 5 great years.
