3 candidates have filed for Cayce Special Election

There will be a City of Cayce Council Special Election on Aug. 11, to fill the unexpired term the Seat District 3.

The candidates for the seat are: Ann Bailey-Robinson, Robin Milton, and J Kelly Wuest, according to the South Carolina Election Commission

The term for Council Seat 3 is set to expire on Nov. 2, 2021.

Cayce City Council Seat 3 is currently held by Eva Corley.

The precincts that elected council seat 3 are Cayce #2 and 2A – Edwards Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1600 Summerland Dr. and Emmanuel Church – Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 2491 Emmanuel Church Road.

Filing to run for the office closed June 26. It is a nonpartisan election and no party affiliation shall be placed on the ballot.
