motorist has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence Tuesday, according to the Lexington Police Department.

Authorities said the crash happened at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Scotland Drive. The collision closed all lanes in the area. Officers later determined the crash was caused by a driver who made a left turn in front of a vehicle approaching in the opposite lane.

The driver and the four passengers were not injured in the crash.

The driver was not identified.
