West Columbia farmers market to remain open, for now

State Agricultural offices will close

The South Carolina Department of Agriculture is closing all physical office locations to the public.

The 3 state farmers markets in West Columbia, Greenville, and Florence, remain open for regular business.

Citizens are urged to support local farmers during this time of crisis. 

SCDA staff are still available by phone and email, with many working remotely during the COVID-19 response.

Deliveries via UPS, USPS and FedEx will still be accepted.
Laboratory samples and hemp permit applications can still be dropped off at the Consumer Protection Division facility at 123 Ballard Court in West Columbia.
