The D’Alberto & Graham Attorneys & Advisors is opening a new office building in West Columbia.

The firm, which concentrates on business law and commercial transactions, will open the building at 508 Meeting St. on Aug. 3.

“Our team is looking forward to moving into our new building in rapidly growing West Columbia,” attorney Dan D’Alberto said.

"We believe our building will be the 1st of many new developments."

The 2-story, 5,400-square-foot Class A office building is located next to First Community Bank.

The building was sold by West Columbia developer Joe Taylor for 9 members of the law firm.

Wayne Rogers of Lexington-based Catalyst Architects designed the building.

Boyer Commercial Construction of Columbia was the builder.
