Have you ever wondered if natural healing really works?
Seems too good to be true, right?
What if I told you some herbs could help with your organ health?
Our main 5 organs that are essential for survival are: the brain, heart, kidneys, liver and lungs.
The following herbs help these 5 organs:
• Brain: Lemon balm, Gotu Kola, Ginseng, Sage - These help with cognitive memory, anxiety, insomnia, mental clarity. Sage has also been seen to help Alzheimer’s.
• Heart: Cacao, Garlic, Motherwort, Turmeric. Tumeric has a main ingredient of Curcumin, and its anti-inflammatory properties can help slow blood clotting. Motherwort helps reduce rapid or irregular heart rate caused by stress or anxiety.
• Kidneys: Dandelion or Chanca Piedra Extracts. Dandelion is a diuretic, meaning it increases your water intake through your kidneys. Parsley also helps increase urinary volume to help cleanse the kidneys.
• Liver: Milk Thistle, Dandelion and Turmeric. People have used Milk Thistle for liver damage due to conditions like alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, hepatitis and even liver cancer. Other uses for are to help with brain function, weak and fragile bones and acne.
Foods like cabbage, berries, coffee and garlic have shown to support liver and kidney health, too.
• Lungs: Mullein Extract reduces inflammation and helps relax muscles in your respiratory tract. Mullein is used for cough, whooping cough, tuberculosis, bronchitis, hoarseness, pneumonia, earaches, colds, chills, flu, swine flu, fever, allergies, tonsillitis, and sore throat.
Remember, consult with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
