Keep your hands clean

Proper handwashing is important to staying healthy.
It is especially critical during the covid-19 pandemic.
You should be washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Hand sanitizer is good for when you’re on the go.
It may be difficult to find right now. Stores are sold out and are trying to restock.
Please be patient in your community, and share if you have extra.
In the meantime, you can make your own hand sanitizer.
You will need:
• 99% rubbing alcohol
• Aloe vera gel
• Essential oil such as lavender or tea tree. You can even use lemon juice.
Pour all ingredients into a bowl, mix with a spoon and then beat with a whisk to form into gel. Pour the ingredients into an empty bottle and label “hand sanitizer.”
If you can make extra, give it to your neighbors and coworkers.
We can all come together as a community to help each other.
