Forty-four JROTC students from B-L High School recently had the opportunity to visit Washington, D.C. as part of an educational field trip. They got to see the city, and spend time honoring our fallen heroes at Arlington National Cemetery.
Batesburg-Leesville Primary School is seeking new PTO officers. Positions that need to be filled are President, Vice President, Secretary and Fundraising Coordinator. If interested, go by and fill out an application.
The South Carolina Poultry Festival is swiftly approaching. Come on down to Batesburg-Leesville from May 10 to 12 to experience the world famous food, fellowship, and festivities. Don’t forget about the parade, volleyball tournament, marathon, and corn hole!
The SCPF Car Show is Saturday May 12. You can see a vast array of classic cars, or maybe consider showing off a car of your own. The event will be held in the Lexington Medical Center parking lot.
