More flooding closes Riverwalk

There was a reminder of the horrible floods of 2015 this week. Portions of the West Columbia Riverwalk Park were closed Friday due to flooding. The area from the Gervais St. Bridge to the Moffatt Street entrance was junction with the State Street Art Crawl.
