Set goals for a better you

Happy new year!
Have you set new goals for yourself in 2019? 
If not, you might want to. 
I have already started my list. 
One of my goals is to get healthy. 
Healthy doesn’t mean only getting in shape, it means overall. 
Working out increases your strength, endurance, flexibility and self-confidence. It makes for a better you.  I bought myself some workout stretch bands. They are amazing! 
Combine your workout routine with meal prepping.

To help with your goals list, think about what want to accomplish. 
What dreams do you have for yourself? Add them to your list. 
Give yourself short-term and long-term steps to take to reach your goals. 
Think about health, lifestyle, travel, money, relationships, and career goals. 
Motivate yourself by sticking to your short-term goals. Push yourself to make them happen.
