We all have our own way of treatment regimes.
Some believe in essential oils, others don’t.
I’m a firm believer in them.
As someone who has suffered from asthma since childhood, essential oils have helped.
If you follow my columns, I suffer from many other things as well.
I can tell you firsthand about being on multiple medicines, and how horrible the side effects and after effects have been.
Let’s dive into this for a moment.
Here are 10 essential oils and how they can help you naturally:
    • Peppermint: Boost energy and help with digestion.
    • Lavender: Stress relief.
    • Sandalwood: Calm nerves and help with focus.
    • Bergamot: Reduce stress and improve skin conditions like eczema.
    • Rose: Improve mood and reduce anxiety.
    • Chamomile: Improve mood and relaxation.
    • Ylang-Ylang: Treat headaches, nausea and skin conditions.
    • Tea Tree: Fight infections and boost immunity.
    • Jasmine: Help with depression, childbirth and libido.
    • Lemon: Aid digestion, mood, headaches and more.
Many prescription medicines can help treat the above. But are they healthier?
Psychiatrist and psychopharmacologist Dr. Julie Holland discusses’ her views on prescription use, visit https://www.sharecare.com/health/patient-drug-education/pros-and-cons-drugs. Which team did you choose? Let me know your thoughts @ Jewel.lexchron@gmail.com.
