Studies have proved that Daylight Savings Time doesn't save energy or much else. 

In fact, it will cost you an hour's sleep.

But here we are, dong it again. Foolish us.

Studies have proved that Daylight Savings Time doesn't save energy or much else. 

In fact, it will cost you an hour's sleep.

But here we are, dong it again. Foolish us.

Saturday night, please set your clock forward an hour.

If you arise at 7 am, your body will think it's 6 am - and it actually is.

Don't fret. You'll get the lost hour back in November.

PS. If you don't like DST, move to Arizona. They don't use it.
