Cody David Moody, 24, of Pelion, was killed in a single-vehicle collision on Interstate 20,
According to Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher, Moody’s vehicle left the right side of I-20 and collided with a guard rail just before 3 am Thursday. He was the only occupant of the vehicle and was wearing a seat belt .
The SC Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
