At approximately midnight on December 19, 2019, officers responded to a shooting that had just occurred at 142 Industrial Drive in Lexington.

Upon arrival officers found the victim laying on the ground outside of his home. The victim had been shot in the chest and right leg with what was later found to be non-life threatening injuries. Witnesses stated there were multiple shots fired..

During the course of the investigation, it was found that the victim had been contacted by the suspects who had asked him about getting some marijuana.
