Former SCANA CEO Kevin Marsh will face state and federal charges of fraud Wednesday.
Specifically he is charged by the state wth obtaining $10,000 or more in property by false pretenses
His 2:30 pm plea hearing will be at the Spartanburg County Courthouse before Judge J. Mark Hayes, II.
The hearing will follow a 10 am hearing in Federal Court in Columbia on similar federal charges followed by a 10:30 bond hearing.
Marsh and former SCANA executive Stephen Byrne have been charged with lying to state regulators and their investors about their failed management of a now abandoned $10 billion nuclear power plant.
Byrne, a former Irmo resident, has been cooperating with investigators in building cases against others involved in the massive fraud.
It is believed but has not yet been confirmed that Marsh is helping the investigators, too.
Both faced millions of dollars in fines and prison time.
