McMaster orders bars, restaurants close dine-in services

Extends tax filing to June 1

SC Gov. Henry McMaster has ordered all restaurants and bars close their dine-in services beginning Wednesday.

McMaster announced in a press conference Mar. 17 an executive order which hopes to slow the spread of corona virus.

He called for no public gatherings of more than 50 people.

It would also extend the tax filing period to June 1.

McMaster asked private employers to allow employees to work remotely if possible.
