7 more confirmed SC deaths were reported Friday.
The Department of Health and Environmental Control also announced:
- 680 new confirmed cases and 37 new probable cases.
Columbia and Richland County led the state with 109 new cases,
Greenville, which has been reporting the most cases for a week, had 98 new cases.
- Confirmed cases to date are 167,057, probable cases 8,537, confirmed deaths 3,653, and 243 probable deaths.

- As of Thursday, 1,977,274 tests have been conducted in the state.
- 4,743 individual test results were reported to DHEC yesterday statewide,
- Of those, the percent tested positive as infected was 14.3%.
That means 85.7% tested negative as virus free.
