SC officials Saturday reported 17 confirmed convid-19 deaths and 1 probable death.
None were in Lexington County.
5 were in Richland County.
3 were elderly, 1 middle aged and 1 young adult.
The Department of Health and Environmental Control Saturday announced:
- 827 new confirmed cases and 20 new probable cases.
Lexington County had 51 new cases, Richland County 86
- 17 additional confirmed deaths and 1 probable death.
Only 6 of them occurred Friday. The rest occurred earier.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 127,646, probable cases to 2,332, confirmed deaths to 2,891, and 149 probable deaths.

- As of Friday, 1,121,324 tests have been conducted in the state.
- 6,024 individual test results were reported tFriday.
- Of those, the percent positive was 13.7%.
That means 86.3% tested negative as uninfected.
