Substantial rainfall has left mud and standing water there. 2nd shots will be given at the SC Consumer Affairs Department at 2221 Devine Street. On arriving for your appointment, enter from 2204 Lee Street. The shots are by-appointment only. Without an appointment you cannot be guaranteed a shot. Vaccines remain limited and demand outweighs supply. DHEC officials said they are is working to give limited doses quickly and easily.
