In Virginia, Dominion Energy talks a lot but doesn’t follow through. That’s the view of former and current Dominion customers.

Their opinions aren’t all positive. They say the company gives lavishly to politicians and opposes anyone else using solar energy.

Anaya Jones has been a customer in Staunton, VA for 10 years. She has heard from friends and family that Dominion is slow to respond to outages after bad weather.
