Good Monday morning.
Our friend Ann Elliott has an attitude of gratitude.
She appreciates those who do menial, necessary tasks.
Trash collectors, truckers, farmers, store clerks.
Like most of us she sees empty shelves at every store.
She could hardly believe her good fortune recently.
She found a coveted PPP (personal paper product).
Who would have expected to celebrate the purchase
of something so ordinary? Charmin, no less!
Let's take a little lesson from Ann’s humorous story.
Let's appreciate our menial task performers.
Thank them for showing up for work.
Thank them for taking care of all of us.
They are the unsung heroes of this pandemic.
