If you are not as fit as you want to be, ask yourself:
“Do I spend my time with healthy, fit individuals?”
If not, who do I know who practices healthy behavior?
Why don’t you spend more time with them?
Find out what they do that you might do.
Trade information helpful to each of you.

You don’t need to ditch your family and friends.
But think about who and how you spend your time.

Do those closest to you make unhealthy choices?
It may be time for a difficult conversation.
Don’t judge or criticize. Encourage them.

Healthy relationships are important to our health.
They affect our well being and ability to achieve goals.

Please write and let me know what you think.
