For the second straight year, a Lexington County boys' basketball coach will lead an All-Star team.
Airport head coach Jimmy Kinard was selected to lead the South team at the North-South All-Star Game set for March 16, 2019 at Lexington High School. Brian Brunson (Carolina Forest) and Deon Richardson (Burke) will serve as his assistants.
The North boys' coaching staff was not available at this time. 
The South girls' team will be led by Goose Creek head coach Tim Baldwin and assisted by Kelly McNeil (Stratford), Reggie Jones (Beaufort) and Deon Richardson (Burke). The North girls' team will be coached by Terrance Gibson (Ridge View) and assisted by Ashley Gilmore (Eau Claire) and Cosander Griffin (Daniel).
