Auction sale on Lexington County Blowfish jerseys starts Friday

The "Proud to be an American" jerseys worn by the Lexington County Blowfish can now be yours. 
Starting at 6 p.m., fans can bid to win a jersey worn by their  favorite Blowfish players throughout the 2018 season. All bids begin at $100. 
To register to bid, text “blowfish” to 79230 or visit qtego.net/qlink/blowfish. Proceeds benefit local veterans who have a need for a service dog -as dollars raised by the Blowfish from this auction will go to help train dogs. 
The auction ends at 9 p.m. Saturday August 4th on Community Appreciation Night. It's the final game of the season for the Blowfish, who face the Macon Bacon at 7:05 p.m. 
In addition, Lexington County will hold its final "Concert in the Sky" ith music from Katy Perry, Zed and Justin Timberlake.  Community Appreciation Night is being presented by B106.7, the Lexington County Chronicle and Carolina Comfort Heating & Air.
