Fans of the Lexington County Blowfish will be blessed with a 2nd straight 4-game homestand.
In addition to 4 different opponents, the team will have 4 special themed nights for the games. Wednesday's Coastal Plain League Southern Summertime Series against the Savannah Bananas is called "Wine Down Wednesday" with $2 slushies for sale.
Thirsty Thursday is back with $2 Bud Lights when the Blowfish face the Catawba Valley Starts. Friday's game against the Lake Murray Purple Martins will feature a contest for a $100 wood bat.
The homestand concludes with a matchup against the Bomb Island Bombers. Fans will have an opportunity to win a Atlanta Braves' jersey worn by All-Star Ronald Acuna Jr. Visit www.blowfishbaseball.com for more information.

CPL Players of the Week
Lexington County Blowfish infielder Brennan Milone and pitcher Brett Kerry shared the Trackman Baseball Players of the Week for Week 3.
Milone, a freshman at South Carolina, batted .444 across 6 games played and 27 at-bats for the Blowfish in Week 3. The infielder finished with 12 total hits, including 2 doubles, a triple and 2 home runs to go along with his 9 RBIs for a .815 slugging percentage.
Milone also managed 9 runs scored and a walk off of a .448 on-base percentage, all-in-all pushing him to a season rank of 2nd in home runs with 6 and 3rd in RBI with 19.
A South Carolina sophomore, Kerry struck out 7 and allowed 3 hits in the July 13 win over the Savannah Bananas. His effort produced a 12.60 strikeout per nine ratio and 0.60 WHIP while pushing his season totals to 3.36 ERA and 12 strikeouts across 11.2 inning pitched.
