Northside Christian Academy's 1st appearance in the SCISA Class 2A volleyball final ended with a loss to the reigning champion Tuesday.
Spartanburg Christian Academy defeated the Lady Crusaders in 3 sets (25-18, 27-25, 25-17) to claim a 5th straight title. It was the 5th consecutive title for the Lady Warriors.
The match was held at Upward Stars Center in Spartanburg.
Lexington 3, Summerville 0
Lexington began its quest for a return trip to the Class 5A fial with a 3-set win over Summerville Tuesday at home.
The scores were 25-13, 27-25, 25-11.
Up next Thursday at home is a familar nemesis in Wando. The Lady Warriors defeated Conway.
River Bluff 3, Ashley Ridge 0
The Lady Gators handed the host team Lady Swamp Foxes their 1st loss of the season in the opening round of the playoffs.
The scores were 25-17, 25-8, 25-17. Up next is a road trip to Conway to face Carolina Forest on Thursday.

The defending Class 3A Lower State champions advance to the 2nd round and play host to Bishop England on Thursday.

The Lady War Eagles saw their 2020 season end at the hands of a familiar foe.
The Lady Knights won 25-17, 22-25, 25-13, 25-12.
