Lexington head coach Eric Shick, 3 Lexington County players selected to CAWS North-South All-Star volleyball games

The Coaches Association of Women's Sports will hold its annual North/South All-Star Volleyball matches this weekend in Due West at Erskine College.
An exhibition pitting the North teams in Classes A, 2A and 3A against the Class 4A/5A group will take place at 6:30 pm. The South exhibition match will follow at 7:30 pm. 
Head coaches Eric Shick of Lexington and Billy Williams of Hartsville will then lead the South Class 5A/4A team when it faces the North team at 11 am Saturday. Among the players selected to the South team were Lady Wildcat seniors Layla Sarvis and Phoebe Perkins and River Bluff's Lorna Stacherski.
All 3 players will also receive recognition as members of the All-State volleyball team. Gilbert's Chidera Wilson was selected in Class 3A and Gray Collegiate's Aamani Jones and Caylen Samuel made the Class 2A All-State team.
