The 2019-20 season opens with the River Bluff boys’ basketball team claiming the Tipoff at the Dam.

The Gators rolled to a 73-42 win over South Aiken at Chapin High School. Malachi Reeves scored 19 points and Myles Jenkins added 16 to lead River Bluff (4-1).

It marked the 3rd straight game in which the Gators had a different leading scorer. Up next is a trip to Irmo Tuesday night. 

Dutch Fork 53, Spring Valley 48 

The Silver Foxes finish 2-1 at the Tipoff at the Dam and will play host to Lugoff-Elgin Tuesday.

LAKE MURRAY TIPOFF

White Knoll 43, Wilson 40 

Jalen Jennings scored 14 points and Eric Williams added 10 as the Timberwolves held off the Tigers to advance to Friday’s final.

White Knoll (3-0) will play host to Cross Creek at 5:30 pm.

Lexington 55, Fairfield Central 45

Cameron Scott had 18 points, Adin Daniels finished with 12 and Keldric Bouknight added 10 as the Wildcats defeated the Griffins.

Lexington (2-1) will face Wilson in the 3rd place contest at 4 pm.
