The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department received a donation of over $10,000 from Steel Hands Brewing. The money was raised at the brewery’s Steel Paws fundraiser.

Lexington County Sheriff’s Department receives donation for K-9 unit

The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department received a donation of over $10,000 from Steel Hands Brewing. The money was raised at the brewery’s Steel Paws fundraiser.
Sheriff Koon accepted the check on behalf of the department.
The funds will go directly to the department’s K-9 unit for gear and training, according to the department’s Facebook page.
