Lexington Post 7 stays undefeated

Lexington Post 7 improved to 4-0 in American Legion baseball with an 8-2 win over Richland Post 215 Tuesday at Roscoe Frye Field.
Mason Eaddy of Gray Collegiate Academy went 2-3 with an RBI and Matthew Boozer drove in a run for Lexington Post 7. 
Kolby Crops struck out 3 and allowed 4 hits in 5 shutout innings for the victory. 
The 2 teams meet again Thursday at Heathwood Hall. 
Meanwhile, West Columbia will play another "doubleheader" Wednesday at Aiken Post 26. It will resume at 6 pm Monday's game which was suspended due to rainfall with West Columbia leading 8-2 in the bottom 3rd and play the 2nd game afterwards.
