Congratulations to Dawn Cisneros of Lexington, SC and Roderick Fluellen of Palm Bay, FL., on their marriage Friday, June 1. The couple held an intimate ceremony at Riverfront Park in Columbia. Dawn is the sister of Chronicle News Editor Rose Cisneros, who officiated the ceremony.
