EGG-cessible Egg Hunt
Saluda Shoals Park (6071 St. Andrews Rd.) hosts a special event for those with physical or cognitive challenges. The EGG-cessible Egg Hunt lets special needs children enjoy a relaxed low-key experience searching for treats and candy-filled eggs in a welcoming environment. All you need to bring is a basket. This event is sponsored by the Saluda Shoals Foundation and runs from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Admission is $3 per child. Visit icrc.net/tickets for more information.

Bradley & Davis (concert)
Bill’s Music Shop & Pickin’ Parlor (710 Meeting St.) welcomes Bradley & Davis to their Friday night concert series. The VA duo will play a fascinating mix of bluegrass, roots music and old-time from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. before the open jam begins. Admission is a $15 donation and the snack bar is open. Saluda River Trout Unlimited Spring Banquet Fundraiser
The Chickawa Outdoor Center (629 Chickawa Dr.) hosts the Saluda River Trout Unlimited Spring Banquet Fundraiser. Join fellow fly fishing conservation enthusiasts, members and friends for an evening of great food, drinks and exciting prizes. Your $75 admission includes a shrimp cocktail hour, a BBQ buffet from Shealy’s BBQ, four adult drink tickets and a chance to win premium door prizes. Annual Herb Festival
The Lexington County Museum (231 Fox St.) invites you to their annual herb festival. The Lexington County Herb Bunch is on hand from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the 13th edition of the festival, which includes a plant sale with many varieties of herbs, herb and plant-related vendors, food vendors and free herb mini demonstrations. Highland Games & Celtic Festival
West Columbia Riverwalk Park (109 Alexander Rd.) will be a sea of green for the Highland Games & Celtic Festival. Check out the classic British car show, hear live Celtic rock and pipe band music, browse through the Celtic marketplace and most importantly watch the athletic feats of the Highland Games. So Good! The Neil Diamond Experience (concert)
The Harbison Theatre at Midlands Technical College (7300 College Blvd.) turns on its heartlight for So Good! The Neil Diamond Experience. Enjoy Broadway veteran Robert Neary’s tribute show full of Diamond classics from “Cherry Cherry” and “Sweet Caroline” to “I Am, I Said” and “Coming to America.” Showtime is 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $40 for general admission and $35 for students, seniors and military. Spring Goat Yoga
Steel Hands Brewing (2350 Foreman St.) and Gabby’s Goat Farm present the first Goat Yoga session of the year. Dining On The Dam
The Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce and Lake Murray Public Park (1832-34 North Lake Dr.) present Dining On The Dam, one of Lexington’s premier culinary events. Enjoy dinner from Southern Way Catering, take in some live music courtesy of The Big Time Band, help yourself to an open bar with cocktails, beer and wine and check out a great view of the sunset from Lake Murray Dam. Civil War Tour
12,000 Year History Park (1120 Ft. Congaree Tr.) invites you to their guided Civil War walking tour. Explore the site of The Battle of Congaree Creek, visit the earthworks and learn about the strategies and tactics used by both sides as Sherman marched through South Carolina on his way to Columbia. Around The World with Sweet & Savory

The most talented chefs across the Midlands battle it out to benefit Palmetto Place Children and Youth Services and the good news is you can sample their creations. THURSDAY, APRIL 10

Flashlight Egg Hunt
The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission and Melvin Park (370 A Epting Camps Rd.) invite you to an Easter egg hunt by night. The Flashlight Egg Hunt is an exciting twist on the classic concept, where you and your trusty flashlight search high and low for hidden eggs scattered throughout the park. Across the county line

New Brookland Tavern (623 Harden St.) dips their toe into the world of tribute bands with a Fleetwood Mac tribute show on Friday, April 4. But this isn’t the same old show. Local duo Sam and Illia take a far more intimate approach, stripping down classics like “Gold Dust Woman” and “Rhiannon” to their bare intimate roots. Doors open at 6 p.m. and admission is $15. Classic pop-rock vocal group Three Dog Night performs at the Township Auditorium (1703 Taylor St.) on Friday, April 4. On Saturday, April 5, the SC State Fairgrounds hosts the Columbia International Festival, one of the biggest cultural events of the year. The festival showcases the music, culture, food and performing arts of the 80 different cultures, nationalities, races and language groups represented in South Carolina. The SC State Museum (301 Gervais St.) hosts their monthly First Sunday event on Sunday, April 6. For $1 admission, guests can explore four floors of South Carolina art, cultural history, natural history and science/technology, including the Boeing Observatory and the Robert B. Arial Collection of Historical Astronomy located on the fourth floor. For an additional price, guests can enjoy a planetarium show and/or a 4D theater movie. The Koger Center for the Arts (1051 Greene St.) and the SC Philharmonic invite you to a rockin’ event on Tuesday, April 8. “The Music of Led Zeppelin with Symphony” features a lineup of world-class vocalists and musicians who include all the electrifying guitar solos and thundering drums of the band’s signature sound enhanced by the sweeping arrangements of the SC Philharmonic.
