2 Lexington County K-9s to retire after over 1K deployments collectively

Two Lexington County Sheriff Department K-9 dogs Bodi and Blesck have officially retired and are at home living with their handlers full time.

Bodi joined the department in June of 2018 and participated in over 600 deployments. He specialized in tracking, apprehension, narcotics detection, article searches and building clearing, the press release said.

Blesck joined in May of 2016 and finished with over 500 deployments. He also specialized in tracking, apprehension, narcotics detection, article searches and building clearing.
