65th annual Lexington County Peach Festival alive with patriotism, peaches and pride

The 65th annual Lexington County Peach Festival was held in Gilbert on the Fourth of July.

Eash year on the Fourth of July, Gilbert comes alive with patriotism, peaches and pride.

This year’s festival featured exciting new additions, more food trucks and eight bands to entertain festival goers. Prior to the Peach Festival parade, Bell Aviation completed several flyovers to get everyone ready for the parade.

Afterward, many made their way to Rickard Circle, where they could get lunch and check out the many arts and crafts vendors.

Gilbert Scouts Troop 60 Car Show was held at Gilbert Middle School and festival rides were available for children.

The Peach Festival ended with a fireworks display presented by T-Mobile Fiber.
