Thousands attended the annual Lexington Christmas parade.
The parade began at 3 p.m. Most of the attendees were wrapped in warm blankets. The Lions Club gave out free hot chocolate, which warmed people up in the bitter cold weather.
Local businesses, dance groups, non-profits and more had floats and people walking in the parade.
Dance World dancers entertained people all along the parade route.
Almost everyone was dressed in Christmas attire, and there were many happy, smiling faces.
