The Lexington County Veterans Day Parade took place on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, at 3 p.m. in downtown Lexington. The parade honored veterans and followed a route from Butler and Haygood streets, down Main Street, to the Lexington County Veterans Memorial on South Lake Drive. Road closures began in stages earlier in the afternoon to prepare for the event.
The parade honored and remembered those who have and are serving our country. Active military, ROTC groups, first responders, Blue Star Mothers and Gold Star Families floats were present in the parade. It was well attended, and many turned out to watch the parade wearing patriotic attire.
