Maria Grace Seipel, 21, of Lexington, was arrested on five charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.
According to the press release, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, along with the Lexington Police Department, arrested Seipel on May 22, 2025, after receiving a tip report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Seipel is charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor; three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, which is a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
She additionally received one count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, which is also a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
This case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office, and Attorney General Wilson stated all defendants are innocent unless and until they are proven guilty.
