Mungo Homes has officially opened for sales at Creekside Ridge, its first community in Batesburg-Leesville.

Located off Southern Fox Lane, the community will feature 199 homesites across five phases, offering potential homebuyers a range of floor plans, opportunities to personalize their homes and amenities that encourage connection among neighbors, the developers said in a news release.

Creekside Ridge will offer 13 floor plans ranging from 1,548 to 3,049 square feet, with three to six bedrooms, two to four-and-one-half bathrooms and two-car garages. With pricing starting in the high $200s, Mungo Homes says the community provides options for a variety of lifestyles, including first-time homebuyers and growing families.

Homebuyers have the chance to select their homesite, floor plan and design options to build a home from the ground up. Available floor plans include the Brunswick, Durham II, Guilford, Gwinnett II, Lancaster, McDowell, Meriwether, Monroe, Pickens, Russell, Rutherford, Telfair and Turner. Homes also have access to fiber optic internet and natural gas.

“Creekside Ridge allows homebuyers to find a home that fits their lifestyle while enjoying the convenience and welcoming atmosphere of Batesburg-Leesville,” said Andy Evans, Mungo Homes Columbia market president. “With a variety of floor plans, opportunities to build from the ground up and amenities designed to bring neighbors together, we’re excited to introduce this new community to the area.”

Creekside Ridge will feature a community swimming pool and cabana, providing residents with space to relax, spend time with family and connect with neighbors.

The community also offers convenient access to everyday essentials and regional destinations, Mungo Homes says. Walmart and Starbucks are both less than a mile away, while nearby Lexington, Columbia and Lake Murray provide additional shopping, dining, recreation and entertainment opportunities.

In keeping with a tradition of philanthropy at Mungo Homes, a portion of each home sold is invested in the local community, with a special focus on housing insecurity. The Mungo Homes Foundation helps provide economic, educational, health, housing and emergency hardship support to charitable organizations. Mungo Homes closed more than 3,700 homes across the footprint in 2025, with $1.4 billion in revenue.
