The Rotary Club of Lexington announced the return of the Frank Mogan Cup Golf Tournament, which brings together golfers, sponsors and community members. 

The event will be held Monday, Sept. 8, at the Country Club of Lexington. Registration opens at 11:30 a.m., with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.

Proceeds from the tournament will support a range of community initiatives aligned with the Rotary Club’s mission of “Service Above Self.” These initiatives include Chris Myers’ Children’s Place, the Nancy K. Perry Children’s Shelter, scholarships for local high school students, youth leadership programs and additional community-based organizations.

The tournament is limited to 28 teams. Player perks include 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch and dinner, contests for hole-in-one, longest drive and closest to the pin. There will also be networking opportunities.
