Scoop of Heaven is planning to open its second location at 312 Columbia Ave. in Lexington, near Clutch Coffee.

Set to open in Lexington in summer 2026, the ice cream shop’s first location is at 556 Spears Creek Church Rd. in Elgin.

“We want to provide the Midlands with an ice cream product like no other,” a statement from the shop’s website says. “We know the quality of our homemade ice cream products is unmatched, and we love exploring new unique flavors that we know everyone will love!”

The menu features a variety of flavors, including cookie dough, English toffee, black raspberry and others.
