The City of West Columbia will host its 21st annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday, Dec. 5, at 6:30 p.m. on the City Hall lawn.
The program will feature holiday carols and readings from winners of the elementary school “What Christmas Means to Me” essay contest, along with a display of student artwork.
The Town of Lexington’s Snowball Festival will return Dec. 4-7 with a craft fair, carnival, movie night, a holiday parade and more. For updates, follow the Icehouse Amphitheater on Facebook or Instagram, or email icehouseamp@lexsc.gov.
In Cayce, the city’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting is set for Thursday, Dec. 4, at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 1800 12th St. Local school choirs and bands will perform, and free sweet treats will be available.
The Cayce Women’s Club will also collect canned and non-perishable food items as part of the Cayce Cares project.
