Gilbert basketball’s Blythe Price helped the Indians win two of their three games last week after playing well on both ends of the court.
The freshman is proving to be an up and comer worth keeping an eye on after recording two double-doubles last week. In the team’s win over Columbia, Price scored 22 points, 12 rebounds and three steals.
Against Horse Creek Academy, Price finished with 21 points, five assists, four rebounds and 10 steals. Her contributions have been crucial in the team’s victories this season.
Gilbert has three games this week, including one against a region opponent. More big outings from Price would help their chances of earning a win.
