Have you ever had your credit card hacked?  Thank goodness that Capital One notified me, because a purchase of nearly $4,000 was charged. When looking into the matter, I discovered another charge of almost $500 the day before the big charge. Luckily, I was able to notify Capital One that neither charge was made by me, therefore, my card was voided.

Now I have to wait for a new card and then notify the 10-plus companies that automatically charge to my card. What a pain to have to go through this just because someone decided they would use a card that clearly did not belong to them. If only people would put their evil ways to good use.

Happy birthday to Rick Free.
