Wine on the River called off

Covid cancels Lexington Medical Center Foundation fundraiser

Increased covid-19 cases has forced the Lexington Medical Center Foundation to cancel its Wine on the River.
The fundraiser was scheduled to be at the West Columbia Riverwalk Saturday.
Refunds are available for all ticket buyers by calling the foundation office at 803-791-2540.
Proceeds were to benefit the foundation’s “Linda’s Love” fund.
It provides holistic health programs of emotional and psychological support for patients and families at Lexington Medical Center. 
If individuals or organizations still want to donate to the fund, they can visit www.wineontheriversc.com and donate to the Linda’s Love fund or speak with a representative at at 803-791-2540.
The foundation thanks presenting sponsor Jim Hudson Automotive Group and all other sponsors for their commitment.
Over the next few weeks, the foundation will recognize these organizations and share powerful stories of those who have been helped by the Linda’s Love fund.
