Banana Walnut Muffins

These muffins are really good in the morning to perk up your breakfast and your day.

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup walnuts, chopped
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 ½ Tbsp. milk
¾ cups sugar
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 ¼ ripe banana, mashed
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups or use paper liners. Mix together flour, sugar, walnuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine bananas. Butter, egg and milk in medium bowl. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients; mix well. Divide batter among prepared cups. Bake unil tester inserted into center comes out clean, 20 or 25 minutes. Transfer muffins to rack and cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
