Dutch Fork High senior Michaiah Ross has been recognized for one of the rarest feats. She has attended every day of school for 12 years -- without a single absence. Ross is the only student in School District Five with perfect attendance for 12 years, and is just one of 25 students in the state. The senior says each year making it to school every day was difficult, but worth it. After graduation, Ross plans to attend the University of North Carolina-Charlotte to study broadcast journalism.
