Congressman Joe Wilson and state officials accepted the donation of 96,000 surgical masks today.
The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Atlanta donated the masks to protect South Carolina frontline medical personnel from covid-19.
With the Congressman were SC Secretary of State Mark Hammond, SC Emergency Management Director Kim Stenson and TECO Atlanta Acting Director General Daniel Hung at SCEMD Headquarters on Fish Hatchery Road in Pine Ridge.
