Missing Lexington teen returns home safe

A Missing Lexington teen has returned home safe, Lexington police anounced Monday evening.
Earlier in the day, Lexington Police Chief Terrence Green said that police were seeking a teenage runaway in crisis who left her home overnight.
Officers were dispatched to a residence on Creek Side Lane in Lexington Monday morning where Meredyth Conrad, 17, had been reported as a runaway.
