Lexington Medical Center is making them

Lexington Medical Center is making covid vaccination appointments for those in Group 1A.
This includes you if you are at least age 65 or older.
To receive a vaccination, go to www.LexMed.com/vaccine and click on “Request Form.” 
Include your name, date of birth and email address. 
Lexington Medical Center will send your email addresses to the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) and you will receive an email from VAMS allowing them to complete their registration and schedule a date and time.
If you don't have an email address or computer, call (803) 739 – 3363 Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
 A Lexington Medical Center representative will assist with scheduling an appointment.
On arriving for your appointment, you need to present a driver’s license or ID card to verify you qualify for the vaccine.
LMC receives vaccines weekly. Appointments may be cancelled based on availabe vaccines.
